What is your shipping policy?

We are currently shipping only in New York State and you are also welcome to pick up your order in our Penn Yan office by appointment. Who doesn’t like to save of shipping?! :)

Can we have your designs on other things?

Absolutely, if you see a design here you like, feel free to send us any requests we will try to fulfill them to the best of our ability.

Where can they be bought retail?

Check out our retail page, if you don’t see your favorite retail store, let us know. Send us an email with their info and we will make sure to contact them.

Do you accept returns?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the quality of the products we sent you, we will refund your entire purchase price. We think that you should be completely happy with our products. If your items were not everything you had hoped for, please email us at info@flxdesigns.com we will make things right.
